REGIONAL CHEER COACHES' CLINICS

The 2008 Regional Cheer Clinic date has been announced (www.easternregion.org).

If you have NOT attended the Regional Clinic AND you are an Association Cheer Coordinator OR Head Coach, you MUST attend one! If you are an Association Cheer Coordinator or Head Coach and have not attended a Regional Clinic since 2005, you are due for recertification and must attend this year.

As a reminder - ALL Coaches and Coordinators must attend a Capital District Pop Warner Clinic (even if they are attending a 2008 Regional Clinic). The Capital District Clinics are held at the University at Albany (06/08, 06/16, 07/22, 08/06, and 08/14 - all clinics begin at 6PM).

Capital District Pop Warner will reimburse (to our member associations only) the $60 registration fee for each Head Coach and Cheer Coordinator requiring certification for the 2008 season and attending this clinic.

For Head Coaches, the $60 fee will be paid to directly to the member association, AFTER verification of the coach's attendance and after confirmation (via certified 2008 Roster) that the attendee is a head coach. 

For Cheer Coordinators, the $60 fee will be paid directly to the member association, AFTER verification of the coordinator's attendance and confirmation (via 2008 Association Election form) that the individual is the Association Coordinator.
