If you have not yet identified your Roster Software Contact, please do so as soon as possible. Remember we are requiring that ALL Capital District Associations use the LeagueOne software this year.

Reminders and Tips

  • Team Naming will be as follows - Association Name (or Abbreviation) Mascot Name (Titans, Patriots, Scotties, etc.) then Division (PW, SPW, etc.). For example -

    Albany Titans (PW)
    Albany Titans (SPW)
    So. Troy Trojan Warriors (SJM)
    SG Junior Titans (PW)

    Division Abbreviations
    SCUB = Cub Cheer
    CUB = Flag Football
    SJPW = Jr. Peewee Cheer
    JPW = Jr. Peewee Football
    SPW = Peewee Cheer
    PW = Peewee Football
    SJM = Jr. Midget Cheer
    JM = Jr. Midget Football
    SM = Midget Cheer
    M = Midget Football
     

  • Please remember that all CDPW Teams are Division II (i.e. NOT Division I).

    • Challenger

    • Cub (both Cheer and Flag Football)

  • Team Setup - Divisions for Capital District Pop Warner
     

    • Novice (Cheer Only - All Cub and Mitey Mite Squads. Other Cheer Age Groups as Declared)

    • Intermediate (Cheer Only - Jr. Peewee, Peewee, Jr. Midget, and Midget as Declared)

    • Advanced (Cheer Only - Jr. Peewee, Peewee, Jr. Midget, and Midget as Declared)

    • Flag Football (Flag Football Teams Only)

    • Division II (All Tackle Football Teams)
       

  • ***UPDATE*** Some Roster Coordinators (Job Assigners) have created new “parent” records for themselves. It will be necessary to MERGE the duplicate “staff” and “parent” records; the LeagueOne Addendum for Pop Warner describes the process of Merging a Staff and Parent record.
